The cost of a private event depends on factors such as group size, duration, and any additional services. For a personalised quote based on your event details, please reach out to us at info@6ixpickle.com. We have many value based and higher end options to suit all of your needs.

A private event package generally includes court bookings, access to the lounge area, and the option for learn-to-play instruction or group programming led by our skilled facilitators. You can also customise your experience with extras such as extended playtime, equipment rentals, content creation, and other services tailored to your needs.

Event organisers are welcome to arrive up to 30 minutes before their event to greet guests and begin setting up decor, provided the lounge space is available. If you need more than 30 minutes for setup, please keep in mind that you may need to book an additional hour of space rental.

We understand that you may not need coaching, but we highly recommend including at least one hour of professional coaching to help structure the play and ensure a smooth experience, particularly for beginners. Unfortunately, we are unable to remove coaching from the package, as it is an essential part of the event experience.

Yes, we offer additional coaching options! Our skilled coaches are available for $150 per hour. You can add extra coaching hours beyond what’s included in your membership or choose to book a second coach for larger groups, beginners, or those seeking more personalised guidance and attention.

After finalising your booking details, you’ll receive a client booking agreement. To confirm your event, this agreement must be signed and returned along with a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total event cost. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before the event date.

We’re happy to help you rebook your event at no additional cost if the request is made more than 14 days before the original event date. If the rebooking request is made within 14 days, you can select a new date, but the 50% non-refundable deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to confirm the rescheduled date.

All cancellations or changes must be submitted in writing. Please be aware that cancellations or modifications cannot be accepted within 14 days of the event date. If a cancellation occurs within this 14-day window, the client will forfeit the 50% non-refundable deposit.

For groups larger than 20 guests (up to 45), an additional fee applies. This helps us provide extra staff and ensure your group has the best possible experience.

Our event packages are designed to deliver great value and an exceptional experience. While we’re happy to discuss any additional services or customisations, these are offered at an extra charge. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide them free of charge. We appreciate your understanding!

While reserving courts individually may seem like a more affordable option, booking an event package provides key advantages: personalised coaching, custom programming, and priority access to secure your desired date and time. Court reservations made through the booking platform are only available 7 days in advance, and with high demand, your preferred slot may not be available.

While we don’t have on-site parking, there is plenty of convenient Green P street parking available nearby. You’ll find multiple spots just a short walk from our doors, making it easy to get to 6ix Pickle whether you’re driving in for a quick match or staying for the evening.

The final cost of your event is based on your selected package, preferences, and any additional add-ons. A detailed cost breakdown will be provided to you before you confirm your booking.

You can hold a date for up to 48 hours. If the 50% deposit is not received within that time frame, the hold will be removed, and the date will no longer be reserved.

Given the high demand for our courts, we suggest booking 2-4 weeks in advance for smaller private events to ensure availability. For corporate events, we recommend at least 1 month's notice.

Yes, we offer flexible booking options, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate your group's needs. Availability may vary, so we encourage booking early to secure your desired time.

The number of participants depends on the venue and available courts. Generally, each court can accommodate 4-6 players at a time, but for larger groups, we can arrange rotations to ensure everyone stays engaged and active throughout the event. 6ix Pickle is designed for both play and socializing. While the number of players depends on your court reservation or event type, our space comfortably accommodates large groups. In addition to pickleball, guests can enjoy our pool tables, lounge area, and bar—making it the perfect spot for team outings, parties, or just a fun night out with friends.
